Should a backorder situation arise after placing an order, a UTVS Customer Service representative will reach out to you right away.

Generally we can suggest another great option that is in stock, but if your heart set and waiting for the item to become available is not a problem, then we’ll ship it out as soon as it comes available (typically not longer than 10-15 business days).

If at the end we can’t come up with a solution that works, cancelling will always be an option for you.
