If you are having difficulty logging in or accessing your account, let's try a couple of quick fix solutions.

Logging into Your Account

To be clear you can access your account at any time by clicking the "menu" icon in the top left corner of the website.

This link will also take you to the login screen.

Note: You may also be able to login using "Social Sign-on"

Option 1: Password Reset

Resetting your password should be your first attempt. Once submitted an email will be sent with instructions to set a new password.

Option 2: Contact Support

If resetting your password does not work and you have an active account then a member of our support staff can hard reset your password.
